Custom Party

In a custom party, you will have an interview with your Game Runner so they can hand-craft a story and world to your wishes! We’ll discover what type of adventure you want to host, the enemies or threats your party may encounter, and unravel a general plot you want to experience. But don’t worry, we cover many options and avenues for your specialized and unique birthday tale, so we can still surprise and you and keep you on the edge of your seat. You might know some things to expect, but you won’t know it all until you experience it firsthand. Your story will join our Hall of Legends to be experienced by other party-goers or players in our universe.

Ready-to-Play Stories

In the Hall of Legends, we have our open tales, shared for any brave birthday-haver! These stories are hand-crafted by our team of Game Runners and writers, designed to deliver a thrilling adventure full of excitement, decisions, and opportunities for heroics. While you may not get to choose specific elements of the plot, you still get to decide what journey you and your party will experience, and will adventure in a tried and true tale. Each Legend has a unique setting, tone, and ultimate quest, so choose carefully to find the one that best fits the experience you want to have.

While some stories feature the chance for the loss of a player’s character (as many epic stories do), there will always be a character for your guests to play. If you prefer that all characters make it to the end of the story, you need only note that preference in your registration, and alternative consequences for failure can be implemented.

 The Hall of Legends

Search the Seas

A tale of perilous pursuit, persistent pirates, and treasure that could change the world. You, the Captain of a small but trusty vessel, and your crew have stumbled upon a secret hidden through the ages and will soon set out to claim this treasure and the power that comes with it. However, not all of your crew have remained loyal, and many now sail under the command of the infamous and relentless Pirate Lord. Can your crew make it to the destination before your rivals? Will you all survive to tell the tale, or will the Pirate Lord claim the treasure and rule the seas?

A Frozen Fate

You are a part of the Chimerical Caravan, responsible for the mercenaries that have been hired to protect it. The Caravan has been given the task of crossing the frozen tundra that divides two warring kingdoms to deliver a peace treaty- something that could end a 10 year war. But not all wish for peace, and the tundra crossing is not an easy one. That’s where you and your mercenary crew enter the picture. You’ll protect the Chimerical Caravan from whatever threats they may face and ensure that they, and the peace treaty, reach the other side safely. What threats await in the bleak and snowy fields, what lurks among the peaks, and most importantly, how will you protect against them and reach the other side? The fate of the kingdoms belongs to you.

Mystery at the Manor

You and your adventuring party have been invited to the Manor of Lord de Marquis, an affluent noble responsible for holding the most luxurious and exclusive celebrations for the past fifty years. Adventurers who attend are elevated to such a status that they rarely, if ever, work with common adventurers like yourself again. Travelling to a mountain peak, you will visit the fabled manor, meet kindred adventurers, and be set with the task of solving the mystery that you find within. The Lord is known for his unique games and challenges, and many lay before you! Will you be able to piece together the plot, face the challenges head-on, and secure your place as an elevated adventurer capable of tackling greater quests?

A classic adventure that has acted as a staple for the beginning of many great adventures. Your party, young up-and-coming adventurers, have been hired by a nearby town to eliminate a threat. An old ruin has become the hideout for a nefarious force that threatens to destroy their peaceful way of life. You will delve into the dungeon and complete the quest in whatever way you see fit. The challenges you face are yours to overcome, and your only limit is your ingenuity. How will you and your party defeat this evil, what will you find waiting for you in the crumbling ruins, and will you find a way to remove it?

Chaos in the Court

A lighter adventure filled with mirthful mysteries, goofy side quests, and “threats” of varied origin. Peace has reigned in the realm for almost thirty years, so new adventurers are a commodity less and less needed. Today, the most important qualities are those that add enjoyment, leisure, and variety to the lives of the ruling class. Out of tradition, a group of adventurers remains employed by the Court to resolve distasteful tasks such as giant rats in the larder and gassy goblins in the well. Recently, the whole kingdom has been invited to take part in some big festivities, and the influence of your employer hinges on the smooth success of the event. However, in the days leading up to the party, issues have cropped up in the least expected places. It’ll be up to you and your party to make sure the festival goes off without a hitch, or embrace the chaos and disrupt the status quo. Which will you choose?

The Ruins of Fortune

You and your party will act as an expedition delving into a dangerous jungle in search of a legendary and notoriously treacherous ruin. An ancient civilization fabled for their wealth and sophisticated magical devices fell into ruin long ago and was lost to the annals of time. Now, your crew, with you as its leader, have come to know the location of this ruin. As the only ones with this knowledge, the only things you have to compete against will be the trials of nature, ancient yet persistent traps and puzzles, and whatever else may lurk in the ruins forgotten by the world. Will your expedition secure the treasure? Will they return to share the secrets they have discovered, or will they fall into obscurity like the ruins themselves?
